State of the Nation
In “State of the Nation” the management team kick off the event by outlining the issues past and the vision for the year ahead; highlighting issues and problems to be addressed.
The delegates receive rosettes instead of name badges and divided into parties set off to work out their manifesto. Each party is given a style in which to present; green party, evangelical, home counties anarchists…. And have a variety of events to take part in, with theatrical props and costumes provided as they prepare their Party Political Broadcast! Various interruptions by press journalists who issue breaking news stir up the proceedings and relevancy of their statements…
Following the broadcast the teams vote by secret ballot for the team whose ideas are most positive for everyone in the company…
