There are a number of legs to the event tackled by different modes of transport;

• Hiking
• Biking
• 4x4
• Canoe

On each leg of the SmartWool Trail there are orienteering points of varying values and various events to tackle (defusing the bomb, ballistas, bobsleighs,red adair rescue…). The team swop modes of transport with another team at the change over point but if they have been over ambitious and let the other team down by keeping them waiting are heavily penalised against the points gained…

It’s all about strategy, team work and looking after each other…

Every event is written around your brief; whether it be for clients or staff the distances are scripted to the size of challenge you wish them to tackle.
