Having launched the incentive with posters, the cast is organised and the team set off for a venue to be briefed by the director, make up, costumes and props team! The weekend is then spent filming with plenty of activities for everyone and total hilarity assured. A themed dinner takes place in the evening commensurate with the film. This is not the usual corporate "make an advertisement" bore but a proper feature film with the sales force billed as the stars of the company and the film!

Once in the can the production crew edit the film ready for a black tie royal premiere night to which many more of the company may be invited to. In the past rampage have invited Her Majesty Jeanette Charles to attend the premiere which has brought a unique style to the event as the sales director sits beside Her Majesty in the royal box for the premiere night!
