Hard work combined with the strict deadlines set a big challenge so that a great sense of achievement is gained. The day may be combined with team games at the charity venue to ensure that it is not all work and that all core objectives are achieved.
Companies such as Mc Kinsey, Timberland, and Pfizer have assigned Rampage to source an appropriate challenge, pull together all the equipment, organise the catering and ensure that everyone is motivated to finish the project on time and not leave a half finished pile!

• Control the budgets
• Ensure that the project is FUN and not a day of individual gardening labour !
• Ensure the materials are on site
• Provide Project leaders to oversee Health and safety and motivate the team in the right direction
• Have a Committee Member of the cause that is being helped available to address the team and help frame the context of the project in a motivational way.
• Produce a Working document for the client in advance of the day
• Manage the clean up process
• Ensure the defined project is finished if circumstances do not allow the client to complete it in the time given.
