Henkel UK - Hit 'em for Six

With January being a busy time for Kick Off Sales Conferences, it is a continual challenge to come up with new ideas suitable for the winter. The January Kick Off for Henkel saw 100 delegates conferencing on Day 1 with a gala dinner and guest celebrity speaker with the Sales theme for the year "Hit 'em for Six".
On day 2 delegates divided into 12 teams and took part in an indoor cricket challenge in the Midlands. Anyone can throw a ball in some fashion and everyone loves to have a go at batting. Being super fast each team got a minimum of 4 games with a semi final, play off and final on top. With coaching by county players in a separate indoor school everyone was kept busy and entertained doing something they would not otherwise do with the right amount of networking and catch up time that a nation wide sales force needs.
And outside; it was pouring with rain!!
